Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

RETURNS  ----  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with hangtags attached and with a receipt from littlepegmarket.com for a full refund within 30 days or in-store credit from the original date of purchase.   

 Return Process 

 If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with a product you purchased from littlepegsmarket.com you may initiate a return by submitting a return request: 

1. To initiate your return request please send email to hello@littlepegsmarket.com with subject line reading RETURNING PURCHASE  

2. Upon submitting your return request you will be provided a return shipping label. If your request was made with 30 days of the original purchase date, your return shipping is complimentary. Otherwise, any items received outside those parameters, will not be eligible for a refund. 

3. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice

4. Take the package to your nearest drop off location. 

5. A refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return for refund or credit to be processed.  You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Exchange Policy 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or color, you may return your items and place a new order online.

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged but our team will need to thoroughly inspect the item before you are eligible for an exchange.
